Originally built in the 1870s for The Army and Navy Co-operative Society, the former grocery warehouse had fallen into disrepair. Our aim was to give it a confident new life – respecting its heritage while delivering a vibrant mixed-use destination in the heart of Westminster.

The result is a series of assertive commercial, retail and leisure spaces, all stitched into a building that once stood hidden in plain sight.
