SPPARC Architects were recently appointed to design the masterplan for the Camden Film Quarter, an eight-hectare mixed-use development in Kentish Town. This project, set to establish London’s first major film studio campus, aligns with Camden Council’s broader Kentish Town Framework. Drawing on our experience in creating masterplans that blend local history, arts, and culture, our vision centers on generating employment in the creative industries, providing makers’ spaces, building up to 1,000 homes, and creating cultural and community facilities.
