Our GIANT gingerbread tribute to Olympia has gone global, with CBS News featuring the build and an interview with Trevor Morriss as the team added the finishing touches.

Created in collaboration with Great British Bake Off contestant Pui Man Li, the model recreates the Grand Hall of OlympiaUK in edible form. Themed “A Playful City,” it features moving gingerbread fairground rides that capture the creativity and entertainment of the venue we are co-designing as part of its redevelopment.

The Olympia Gingerbread House first appeared at The Cake & Bake Show at Olympia itself, before being carefully transported to The Gingerbread City® London 2025 at Coal Drops Yard, presented by the Museum of Architecture. The exhibition runs until Sunday 4 January.
